I was referred to Heather by a co-worker and fellow Groveland resident in June of 2013. At the time, I was living in my townhouse, looking to sell and buy, or build, a new home for my growing family. Heather was touted as "The Best Realtor in Groveland," and I had already worked with someone I wasn't happy with. I decided to give Heather a chance because my wife and I really wanted someone who knew the town.

My wife and I felt comfortable with Heather from the first conversation and in-person meeting. We had a specific wish list, and Heather was very patient and guiding throughout the process. She never once put any pressure on us to buy, and I felt that if the process would take two years, she'd be there every step of the way.

Instead, the process took less than two months. The transaction was very quick, with a lot of moving parts, and Heather helped guide us throughout. Buying a home is a long drawn stressful process, from finding the right town,school, neighborhood, house and mortgage to finally moving in.
